Cancellation must be confirmed no later than 12 hours.
If you’re a group of participants,
you must agree collectively that a lesson should be rescheduled.
Any lesson that is canceled last minute due to emergencies will be replaced.
Lessons do not run on public holidays.
If a lesson is mistakenly scheduled on a public holiday or a vacation day,
it will be rescheduled even on short notice.
If S&B cancels a lesson, it will be replaced no matter the circumstances.
No refunds are possible,
but the assignment of remaining course packages to another part is permitted.
Payment is required before the start of the course.
